- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had surgery the end of July. I had been off work and had not received and invoice and just got slammed with almost $1000. Billing department was rude and unprofessional. I had to speak with 2 different people because when the rep transferred me to a supervisor I was disconnected. When I called back the next rep read the notes outloud! Glad I heard it. Still in pain from the surgery and was told its normal. Refused me medication 4 days after surgery. Still have limited use of my dominent arm. Very dissappointed.September 19, 2017by Amy Nelson
