- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We were denied approval through Care Source even though he has a medical reason for needing braces. We were denied twice. (another state authorized it and he had appliances on his teeth already.) I don't feel this office advocated for him to get approved at all. After I called them when he was denied the snippy receptionist was only concerned about getting the money for taking the brackets off his teeth rather than showing any concern about my child and how this may effect him. I am sorry I ever came back to this state and can't wait to get out of here, due to heartless and cruel policies that hurt children who have medical reasons for needing braces. Just disgusting.
